She partners with organizations to strategically design and deliver talent development initiatives to enhance organizational impact, boost employee engagement, and improve workplace culture. She also offers professional coaching and customized learning program design, training, and facilitation to help individuals and organizations thrive.

Amy possesses 12+ years of experience in learning and organizational development and 15+ years of experience leading teams and managing large projects in both the public and private sectors. She has experience creating organizational learning strategy frameworks for large organizations, assessing and analyzing talent development needs, designing and delivering innovative learning solutions, and evaluating solutions for impact and return on investment.

Amy is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) with the Association for Talent Development, a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) with the World Coach Institute, and a Hogan Assessments Certified Practitioner. She possesses additional certificates in Training and Facilitation (ATD) and Change Management (Cornell University). She earned her M.S. from New York University and a B.S. from the University of Nevada, Reno.
